Amazon Favorites From an Esthetician

I asked what type of blog posts you all would like to see and I got a majority vote saying they want to know what I’m loving on Amazon at the moment. So here we are with my current favorite skincare, wellness, and beauty finds!

scrub me secret: I love these items because you can purchase multiple things on the list without even going over $100 👏 The highest price item is the Solawand at $69 and the lowest price item is something under $3! Shop away 🛍

Solawave - for spot treating acne and breakouts

An effective LED device that doesn’t break the bank! This spot treatment blue + red LED device is great for reducing the size of and eliminating pimples and cystic breakouts. Hold this device over the area of breakouts or breakout you wish to treat, for 3 minutes. This will kill bacteria that cause the breakout, reduce inflammation, and help your skin heal.

Claw massage tool - for face massage

I use a very similar tool in my skincare studio! I like this claw massage tool for facial lifting and contour massage because it fits all the areas of our face pretty perfectly. You can fit this snugly over your jaw or along your cheekbone and glide in upward and outward motions, letting all the legs of the tool massage your skin as you glide.

This massage tool is easy to use at home to give your face a lifted and contoured look! Just apply facial oil to clean skin and massage your face however feels good to you.

Small stainless steel ball roller - for under & around eyes

This little stainless steel ball roller is something small you can add to your beauty regimine that feels super luxurious. Roll this little tool to roll both under and over your eyes after applying eye cream and/or serums. Its soothing and gives you an instantly more awake look!

What’s nice about stainless steel is that even when kept in a room temperature setting it still feels cool to the touch; and if you put it in a refrigerator or freezer you can make it even more chilled feeling! I suggest keeping it in the freezer for the brightest and most awake-looking eye area.

Antimicrobial face mist

Hypochlorous Acid is an ingredient that kills bacteria and has been show to reduce inflammation. This hypochlorous acid facial mist is perfect for misting your face post-working or bringing it along while you travel. I like to mist my face during a long flight or airport day. I also like to use an antibacterial mist if I’m spending a lot of time outside in a polluted area like a large city.

Rosewater face mist

Rosewater is one of my favorite skincare items! It’s hydrating, antioxidant-rich, and it smells so good. The Heritage Store rose water is great because the company uses minimal and clean ingredients. I always suggest this rosewater mist to my clients at a hydrating toner or to add some extra hydration to their skin in general. I use this rosewater often on my own skin.

Clean Skin Club towels

Removing our facial cleansers with a soft, clean towel is part of a great skincare routine! Having a box of these clean skin club towels ensures that you are never going to use a dirty towel to wipe off your freshly cleansed face. These towels are soft but durable and won’t damage your skin.

Wristbands for facial washing

You know what’s an ick for me? When you’re washing your face and the water starts dripping down your arms😩. It's such an uncomfortable feeling. Well, these fluffy wristbands take care of that problem. Just slip them on your wrists when you wash your face and they will absorb the water.

Small humidifier

I love this small, portable humidifier because it can easily fit on any surface in any room and you can toss it in your bag and take it with you to your workspace if the air there feels dry. Dry air wicks hydration away from our skin, making it dehydrated. If the air in your home or at work is really dry this would be a nice addition to your wellness routine.

I’ve been known to take my little humidifier from room to room with me at home so the air is perfectly humid wherever I go.

SPF mist - for face

A non-comedogenic, lightweight, easy-to-apply SPF! I think everyone should have an SPF mist during these spring and summer months. When we spend time outside we need to reapply our SPF every 2 hours. Having a mist is nice because you can easily just mist it on without having to touch your face.

SPF mist - for body

Our bodies need sun protection too! For every 2 hours that we are out in the sun, we need to reapply our SPF. For those who have skin that is more prone to bring, I suggest you reapply a little more often. A SPF mist for your body is the perfect way to easily reapply. And this one is a good one!

SPF mist - for scalp treatment & hair

Our hair and scalp is a place that is often forgotten about when we are thinking about sun protection. This UV protection mist for hair and scalp will keep your scalp from burning and protect your hair from sun damage. And it smells amazing too. This is a poolside or beach bag must-have.

Lash curler

When our skin is feeling healthy, glowing, and radiant we love to go makeup-free, am I right? I love applying a little bit of multipurpose balm to my lashes and then curling them on the days I’m going mascara-free. This lash curler is a steal! Under $3 and it works fabulously.

Catch-all for makeup or skincare

I love this lay-and-go cosmetic case because you can put whatever skincare or makeup you want in it and when you open it up you can lay everything out flat, almost like you dumped out your makeup bag onto the dresser or bed. Then when you’re done with everything you can easily snatch it up by the drawstring and it’s all neatly put away.

Bone broth protein

Did you know bovine protein that comes from both broths has natural collagen that can help our skin feel firmer? So not only are we nourishing our bodies with proteins but we are also feeding our skin cells. This bone broth protein is a chocolate protein powder made from bovine protein and other clean ingredients.

You can use this in hot or cold liquids. My newest obsession is making myself a hot bone broth chocolate as an evening treat.

Alcohol wipes - for sanitizing items

To avoid breakouts that come from sweat and other debris build up I like to use rubbing alcohol to wipe down things that touch my face and/or hairline often. This includes sunglasses, regular glasses, my work face shield, phone screen, and the inside brim of any baseball caps.

DO NOT USE THESE WIPES DIRECTLY ON YOUR SKIN.

Bluelight blocking screen protector

If you’ve read my blog post “Your Phone is Ruining Your Skin” you already know that our smartphones emit a light called blue light that damages both our eyes and our skin. An Ocusheild is a blue light fighting screen protector for your phone, computer, or tablet. Save your eyes and skin from damage!

Bluestone Sun Sheild

Whenever I wear this sun shield at the pool, the beach, or on a hike there is always someone who says “I need that too!”. This is a comfortable visor and full face shield that fully protects your skin and eyes from UVA and UVB rays from the sun. It’s easy to see through, like sunglasses but from the outside, no one can see your face.

I wear this at times when the sun is blazing and I actually feel so cool when I wear it, and my skin really thanks me for it. Plus I love that no one can see your face, that’s like celeb status 😉

UPF long sleeve, hooded top

UPF clothing provides us with protection from the sun of SPF 50+; unlike regular clothing that has an SPF of about 10 or less. I like this UPF long sleeve hoodie because it’s super lightweight so you won’t be hot wearing it but it will prevent you from burning or other sun damage.

This would be something nice to keep in your car or beach bag in the summer months so you always have it on hand just in case there is a time when you feel like you’re getting too much sun.
