The Lymphatic Brush Tutorial
This was by far one of my most relaxing facial massage tutorials to film, and I’m so excited to share it with you! Lymphatic brushes for facial massage have really been trending on social media lately (at least on my algorithm), and I wanted to share my knowledge.
I was lucky enough to be able to take the Lymphatic Brush 2-day educational course with the creator of the tool herself, Cecily Braden. And she showed me exactly how the brush works, how it works with our lymphatic system, and how to use it best.
scrub me secret: want to dive deeper into these brushes before you watch the tutorial? Or maybe you need to order some! This blog post here is where you should start.
In this step-by-step tutorial, I’ll walk you through how to use the Cecily Braden Lymphatic Brushes, both the large and small ones, starting from the décolletage, moving up the neck, and across the face, all while following the natural pathways of your lymphatic system.
It’s simple, relaxing, and provides results that wow.
Lymphatic brushing helps clear stagnant fluid, reduce puffiness, and bring back your glow, hello, cheekbones! ✨ With just a few light strokes (this massage is super gentle), you’ll feel tension melt away, and your skin will look more lifted, clear, and radiant. It’s one of my favorite rituals for natural skin health.
What you'll learn in this tutorial:
What makes these brushes so special
How to follow the proper lymphatic drainage flow
A guided massage you can do in real time, right at home
Of course, nothing compares to the in-studio version. My clients often fall asleep during their treatment, and walk out looking more sculpted and relaxed than ever. But this is a beautiful ritual to bring into your home routine.
scrub me secret: I had been so used to performing facial massage using my hands, gua sha stones, and Thai herbal poultice that I wasn’t sure how I would fit the lymphatic brushes into my treatments. But holy cow, did they really upgrade everything! Now I can’t live without them.
