My Top 10 Peptide & Antioxidant Hydrators to Support Firm, Healthy Skin—Face and Body
Antioxidants and peptides are a couple of my favorite skincare ingredient categories. This is because antioxidants help your overall skin health by protecting and repairing skin tissues, and peptides maintain the health of and repair our collagen and elastin. These types of ingredients are special because they do not typically cause skin sensitivity, and they are great for all types of skin and a large spectrum of ages.
We all need a hydrating cream, moisturizer, or both in our skincare routine, so why not make it something packed with ingredients that help your overall skin health and preserve it?
My list of my favorite creams with peptides and antioxidants.
Face and Body - Peptide Creams
Peptides are ingredients in skincare products that are like building blocks for our skin proteins, like collagen and elastin. We use peptide skincare products to help our skin stay plump, firm, and soft. This means fewer fine lines and wrinkles!

Face and Body - Antioxidant Hydrators & Moisturizers
Hydrating creams and moisturizers that contain antioxidants are amazing for preventing skin damage and repairing our skin so it is in its healthiest state. So many products for the face and body contain antioxidants, but I have made a list of a few that I know of that have effective, high-quality ingredients that your skin will drink up!
scrub me secret: Antioxidants help protect our skin from damage and aging by neutralizing free radical molecules that attack our skin cells. Without potent antioxidants and UV protection, our skin’s tissues will degrade more quickly, leading to sagging, uneven texture, and wrinkles.

Chebula is a plant-derived antioxidant ingredient that is so packed full of nutrients that it has a higher ORAC score than the superfood Acai. Chebula plus Acerola Cherry (another antioxidant) work together to brighten, firm, and protect your skin from aging. When I looked at this product's ingredient label, I counted over 15 antioxidants! That makes it a very healing product that will help the overall evenness of your complexion.
This moisturizer is great for most skin types. It’s made without waxes and pore-clogging oils and is surprisingly lightweight for how healing it is. Acneic skin types could benefit from a hydrator like this because it can heal the pigment that appears after a breakout.
