Simply checking in with yourself and adjusting your posture from a slouch to upright and engaged is not only great for your neck, back, and body but it also makes your jawline look more defined, your neck less wrinkled, and helps you feel more confident.

There are many different breath exercises for stress and anxiety reduction but my favorite is the 4-4-4 method. This method is where you take a breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and then blow out for 4 seconds and repeat a few times. This slows the body down and helps you to feel more calm.
