Oils I like for Skin and Hair

Oils extracted from plants are truly a vital part of our beauty regimens. Oils are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fats that contribute to the overall health of our skin. Plant-extracted oils like grape seed, argan, olive, raspberry seed, and many more help soften, heal, and protect our skin from extrinsic aging. Unsurprisingly, using oils for skin and hair care dates back centuries, all the way back to ancient Egypt! I want to acknowledge that things like illnesses, injury, or chronic illness are significant contributors to increased inflammation. But, since I’m not a doctor, I will focus on lifestyle factors that cause inflammation. Habits and lifestyle changes we can easily edit on our own. If you’re struggling with one or more of these skin obstacles mentioned above, it’s worth reviewing any lifestyle choices or habits that can be causing excess inflammation in your body.

Why Vitamin C is a Must-Have for Glowing and Youthful Skin

When I meet a new guest for a custom facial or facial consultation I always like to go over their at-home skincare routine and skincare products they currently have at home. Body Treatments & products I love for summer, or anytime!

It’s a body care blog! It’s no surprise that summertime is a time when we focus on body care products and treatments just a little bit more than usual. The weather is warmer and some of us are even lucky enough to have a getaway to a beach or tropical vacation 🏝. I always get more bookings for body treatments like back facials and the body polish and I get a lot of questions about body care items such as lotions, sunless tan, scrubs, and SPF.

This doesn’t mean that taking care of the skin on our bodies isn’t a year-round job, because we definitely always want to tend to our skin head to toe. BUT, I know the demand for having flawless and healthy feeling arms, legs, chest, back, and butt goes way up during summertime. So here is a blog that covers all your current body care needs.🧡✨
